January 3rd Former British Touring Car Driver creates the next generation race team. Former BTCC driver Nick Leason has formed the next generation race team NJL Racing for up and coming young race drivers. This will include a Kart Team which will run in Junior TKM and offer also options to run in ginneta junior and clio cup for potential and up and coming drivers.

January 2012 Sabelt continue their support and the partnership with Showtrax to remain long term.
